Mr. Jeffrey McClain age 55, of Boaz passed at Crossville Health and Rehab, Wednesday September 04, 2024.
He is survived by his wife, Betty McClain, sons, Jeffrey Tyler McClain, Austin McClain, step-daughter, Stephanie Windsor, grandchildren, Cody Windsor, Nikki McClain, great-grandchildren, Kyra Bowen, Aubrey Thomas, Chris McClain, Star Brooks, sister, Melissa Motley.
He was preceded in death by his parents John & Wanda Willoughby, & step-daughter, Daphne Brooks.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
