Jeffrey Dwayne Meyers, age 31 of Winchester, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021 in Huntsville, AL, he was killed by a drunk driver in a car accident. He was born January 21, 1990 in Cleveland, OH to Sharon Lynn Stanley and Howard John Myers. He had been a painter most of his life but had begun a pressure washing business and was sealing and striping commercial parking lots at the time of his death. He attended Journey Church of Winchester. Jeff loved drawing, playing his X-Box, and fishing. He loved people and was always the one to think of the little guy and to see things from all perspectives. He always tried his best and wanted people to think the best of him. He was preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather, Howard S. Myers Sr. of Cleveland, OH, his Maternal Grandfather, Harley Dewayne Stanley of Paynesville, OH, his father, Howard John Myers of Cleveland, OH, and his brother, Harley Lee Myers of Hephzibah, GA. He is survived by his Maternal Grandmother Frances L. Hampton of Dunbar West Virginia, Paternal Grandmother, Geneva Gay Myers of Cleveland OH, his Mother, Sharon Lynn Stanley of Dunbar, WV, his sister, Crystal Loraine Kidwell of Albany, GA, his brother, Christopher H. Myers of Brookpark, OH and a brother, Danny Dewayne Troglin of Menor, OH. He is survived by three children: Christian Alex McCormick and Dwayne Howard Myers of Augusta, GA and Jessica Lynn Meyers of Cleveland OH. A celebration of life will be held on Monday November 8 at 3pm, visitation will be from 1pm-3pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
