Jeffery Neil McDonald, 68, of Lexington, AL, passed away March 16, 2025. Jeff was a retired Supervisor at Lexington Fabrics. He was a faithful follower of Jesus. Jeff is survived by: Son: Zack McDonald (Kelli) Daughters: Kesha Gray Durham (Casey) & Laura Huskey Mother: Earlene Jones McDonald Sister: Cindy Patterson and husband Randy Grandchildren: Hannah Quillen (Dusty), Haley Huskey, Ella McDonald, Archer McDonald, Mable Durham, Linkin McDonald, and Mila McDonald Nephew: Nick Patterson (April) Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Many Friends He was preceded in death by his father, William Ottis McDonald. Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 12:00-2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Lance Dooley and Shawn Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Richardson Chapel Cemetery.
