Jeanne Ann McCoy of Ardmore, TN finished her struggle with breast cancer on January 24th 2021 at age 62.
She embraced many precious life experiences through family, friends, reading, travel and her pets.
Jeanne is the daughter of Bill and Ruth Ann McCoy of Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf, Iowa.
Wife to her life partner Eric N. Johnson.
She is preceded by her sister Catherine Lynn Helmle and survived by her husband, parents, and a large and loving family of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A few of Jeanne’s life joys included caving with the NSS in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia, Arizona and in Austria. She accomplished nautical skills in America’s Boating Club, co-piloting offshore fishing trips. She enjoyed working for the Smyrna (GA) Public Library. Jeanne hoped people could find a treasure through their local animal shelter.
A celebration of her life will be in Davenport, Iowa at a later date.
