Jeanna Gail Ford – Obituary

F 2.19.19 Jeanna Ford.jpg Jeanna Gail Ford, age 62, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019. She was born on February 16, 1957 in Florence, Alabama to H.L. and Norma Lee White, and was the youngest of five children. On October 11, 1974, she married Gerry Ford in Savannah. She was a 1975 graduate of Savannah High School. She worked as a school bus driver and special education assistant for many years. Jeanna truly lived life to the fullest. She loved God, her church, family, friends, students, and sporting events. She had the ability to light up a room with her fun spirit, contagious laugh, and genuine love for others.

Left to honor Jeanna and remember her love is her beloved husband, Gerry; son, Josh (Ashley) Ford and daughter, Jodi (Rick) Duke; six grandchildren, Weston Ford, Conley Ford, Oakley Ford, Libby Duke, Mabry Ford and Gunnar Duke; three brothers, Jerry (Dale) White, Ronnie (Pam) White and Randy (Brenda) White; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Travis White; and grandson, Fulton Ford.

Services will be held on February 19, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah in Savannah, Tennessee, with Randy Carroll and Jimmy McGee officiating. Burial will follow in the White’s Creek Cemetery at Savannah, Tennessee.
