Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Jean Pitman Praytor, 83, will be Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 3:30 PM in Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Marlin Harris and Pastor Clyde Crawford officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Praytor died on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born December 9, 1930, in Morgan County to D. C. Pitman and Ella Bodley Pitman. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband: Thermon Praytor and a brother Therman Pitman.
Family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley or to Alzheimer’s Research.
