Jean Kittelson was born on Oct. 25, 1924 in Montevideo, MN to Joseph and Emma Erickson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Ervin, who died in the Battle of the Bulge, and her brother Lloyd. She was married to Col. (Ret.) Walt Kittelson for over 70 years, and was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church for 50 years. Jean was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Walt; children, Kathy Sletten and husband, John, of Landsdale, PA, Gary Kittelson and wife, Candi, of Winston-Salem, NC, and Kevin Kittelson and wife, Marybeth, of Longmont, CO; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
