Jean Daniel Pesnell, age 94, of Gadsden, Alabama passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021. Jean was born December 25, 1926. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 5 until 7 pm at Collier Butler Funeral Home and the funeral will be at 1pm Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Collier Butler Chapel. Minister Chris Gallagher will officiate. Burial will be at Forrest Cemetery. Mrs. Pesnell was a longtime resident of Etowah County and a member of Gadsden Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Earl Pesnell, Sr.; sons Edward Earl Pesnell, Jr. and John David Pesnell; parents David J. and Annie Mae Daniel; and sister JoAnn Johnston. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Pesnell Anderman; son In law Howard Mark Anderman; grandchildren Daniel Matthew Anderman and Elizabeth Lee Anderman and great grandson Samuel Anderman.
