Jean Cox age 90 of Guin, AL passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL.

Born December 3, 1932 in Hamilton, AL she is the Daughter of the late Flint and Sibbie Dill Clark and the Wife of the late Coy Cox, Jr. She had lived in Guin most of her life. She was a RN and Director of Nurses for Marion County Hospital, and also had worked for Sunset Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the Guin First Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 Sons, Keith Cox (Martha) of Lincoln, AL and Bob Cox of Guin, AL, Step Granddaughter, Allison Brewer and a Step Great Granddaughter, Natalie Brewer, and a Brother, Jack Clark.

Services held Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Guin with burial in the Guin City Cemetery. Bro. Kenny Hatcher officiating.
