Jean Coffman Barnes age 90 passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport from 2:30-7:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel in Bridgeport beginning at 2:00PM with Bro. Gary Bone officiating and interment will follow in Rocky Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Barnes is survived by her daughters: Linda Pemberton, Teena Green, Deborah Barnes, and Tammie (Murray) Hughes; grandchildren: Heather (Brian) Payne and Austin (Brittany) Laughlin; great grandchildren: Jade Luckhart, Travis Payne, Maryanna Laughlin, Bristin Laughlin; Sisters: Fran Smith, Sue (Wade) Kelly, Ellen (Alfred) Lambert; sister in law: Donna Coffman; 3 great-greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephew
Preceded in death by: Husband, Oran Barnes; son: Ed Barnes; brother, James Coffman; Parents: Edward Blackwell and Verda Mae Lawhorne Coffman.
