Jean Carroll Vanderver Latham, 90 of West Jefferson, passed away Monday Aug. 19, 24 at her residence.
Funeral services will be Saturday Aug. 24, 24 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Minister Tommy Alford will officiate. Burial will follow at Freewill Cemetery in West Jefferson. Visitation is 12:30 until service time.
