Jason Weatherly Cook, 52, passed away March 2nd in Decatur. Born June 1st, 1971 to Ricky and Brenda Cook, Jason graduated from Scottsboro High School in 1989 and attended the University of North Alabama.
He is survived by his children, Grace and Owen Cook, his mother, Brenda Cook and his sister, Beth Cook Bradford. Jason is preceded in death by his father, Ricky Cook, his brother, Brent Cook, his grandparents, Orbie and Ressie Cook, and Theodore and Ruby Owens.
Jason loved cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Crimson Tide and enjoyed golfing, kayaking and gaming.
