Jason Ray Holley, a good ole soul, laid his last piece of carpet and departed his earthly pilgrimage on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from NMMC Hospice Unit in Tupelo after a lingering illness. He was 44 years old. Born on May 19, 1978 to the late Gerald “Buster” Holley and Debbie Karen Westmoreland Holley, he was educated in the Tupelo Public Schools. He spent his working life as a self employed carpet installer and skillfully worked for and satisfied many customers and friends in the greater Tupelo area. A hard worker, Jason’s spare time was devoted to all things Ole Miss. He was an avid Rebel fan and loved watching and attending Ole Miss Football games. Jason had a servant’s heart and enjoyed helping others.

A service celebrating his life will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo with Pastor Danny Robbins and Bro. Lee Alred officiating. Private burial will follow in Priceville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 AM-service time Wednesday only at the funeral home. For those unable to attend, the service may be viewed at www.hollandfuneraldirectors.com/Livestreaming.

Jason is survived by his mom, Debbie Holley of Tupelo; one brother, Chris Holley and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his dad, Buster Holley on Sept 17, 2020.

Memorials may be made to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, P. O. Box 41817, Memphis, TN. 38174 or to NMMC Palliative Care Program, 830 South Gloster St., Tupelo, MS. 38801. Condolences may be emailed to hollandfuneraldirectors@comcast.net
