He is survived by his Wife , Vickie Lynn Smith, Ardmore, AL, Father , Jerry Smith, Mother Carol Smith, Daughter, Kaylie Smith, Sister, Rachel (Brian) White, Nieces Peyton , Charli , Addie White.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 06, 2018 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home from 5:00 PM- 8:00P.M. with services Sunday January 07, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. with Alan Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
