Funeral services for Mrs. Janice R. Bradfield, age 73, are scheduled for 10 AM, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Crocker officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Ararat Baptist Cemetery in Darden. Mrs. Bradfield passed away early Monday in Jackson. She was born April 6, 1941 in Henderson County to the late Lydie and Beatrice Park Reeves. She was a retired cashier for E.W. James Grocery and a former cook for Caywood Elementary School. She was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. Joe Reeves. Survivors include her husband of over 58 years, Mr. Spurgeon Bradfield of Lexington; two sons, Tony Spurgeon Bradfield of Erlanger, KY and Thomas (Katrina) Bradfield of Lexington; one daughter, Christi (Mark) Williams of Clarksville; one sister, Doris (Harold) Griggs of Lexington; one sister-in-law, Grace Reeves of Nashville; six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
