Janice L. StaceyJanice L. Stacey, 91, passed away December 21, 2023, at NMMC-Hospice Care in Tupelo, MS. Janice was well known and loved in her small Houlka community before becoming home bound. She enjoyed yard sales and her small resale business where everyone who stopped by could go from stranger to friend. She loved God, family and baking for those she knew and loved. You could not enter her home and leave hungry because she would always try to feed you. She had many hobbies and mastered the art of needle point, jelly and jam making and pie baking. She will be missed and dearly loved until we meet her again.

Janice us survived by her sons, Larry Ray (Melissa), Kenneth Ray, Tommy Ray (Cindy), and David Ray (Tricia); her daughter, Nancy Ray Stacey (Terry Estes); brother, Johnny Craig; sister, Carolyn Branch; a very special cousin, Florence Taylor; 16 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leland Craig; her mother, Christine Craig; four brothers, Herman, Hubert, Billy (Dorothy), and Jimmy (Linda) Craig; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

Service will be Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 1:30PM at His Grace Ministries, Hwy 32 Houlka with Bro. Tim Brown officiating. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Houlka.

Pallbearers will be Eric Ray, Ryan Ray, Shane Stacey, Craig Stacey, Trent Ray, and Luke Ray.
