Janice ” Jan” Smith,55, died Monday, May 25, 2015 at the Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born April 24, 1960 to Guy and Nellie Johnson Richards. She was a home-maker and a Methodist. She enjoyed flower gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday at the McNeece – Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Buddy Rushing officiating. Burial will be in the Mantachie cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Adam Gardner (Atesa) of Belden and Nicholas Gerald Gardner of Mantachie; four grandchildren, Nelia and Alayna Gardner, Calean and Bella Gardner; a special cousin, Rodney Wayne Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be from 9:30 until service time Wednesday at the funeral home in Mantachie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
