Janet Sue Hale, age 72, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Burns Nursing Home.
Janet loved playing cards, gambling, and Alabama Football. She loved her dogs like babies and going to the creek. She was an awesome cook when she was younger.
She is survived by her son, Billy Hale; grandchildren, Nathan Hale (Latresia), Chase Hale, Katie Hale (Jordan Vanwinkle); great-grandchildren, Paxton Hale, Ellie Vanwinkle and two babies soon to arrive; sister, Sally Taylor (Bob); and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Paul & Margaret Anne (Fettig) Vinson, and brother, Tom Vinson.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Spry Memorial Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel.
