Janet Mitchell Spahn, of Tuscumbia, died on October 4, 2014, after an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto J. Spahn and Nell Mitchell Spahn. She is survived by her husband, Coy Wilburn; sister, Martha Nelle Bullock of Gainville, FL; nephews, Paul Bullock (Jan) of Gainville, FL and Mitchell Bullock of Birmingham, AL; great nieces, Nichole McGill (Tony) and Jeanette Bullock; great-nephew Adam Bullock; great-great-nieces Maddie and Ava; many cousins and friends; and her many fur babies.
The family expresses special gratitude to Dr. Deborah Carter at Shoals Natural Healthcare, Dorothy Carter and friends of The C.O.R.E. Center, the staff of Northwest Alabama Cancer Center, and Keller Hospice.

A private memorial will be held at a later date to scatter her ashes by her family home, as she wished.
