Mrs. Janet Katharine Baugh Montegudo, age 54, of Decatur, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 16, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at First Bible Church of Decatur with Dr. Steve Bateman officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2017, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church. Graveside service will be at Rest Haven Cemetery, Baton Rouge, LA , Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Kevin McKee officiating.
Mrs. Montegudo was born April 28, 1962 in Dumas, TX to Robert E. Baugh and Leah Rae Fielder Baugh of Baton Rouge, LA.
Mrs. Montegudo is survived by her husband Jess Montegudo; her parents; three daughters, Sarah Treuting (Chris) of Tampa, FL, Mary “Rachael” Dimont (Brandon) of Belews Creek, NC and Anna Montegudo of Los Angeles, CA. Two sisters Leah Ann Messer and Melissa Parrino both of Baton Rouge, LA. Five grandchildren Jacob, Katharine, Leah, Mary Austin and Anna Reese.
