Janet Faye King, 75 of Athens, Alabama, passed away on July 9th,2024 in her home. She was born on February 27th, 1949, to parents Allie Forrest “Son” Hodges and Mary Bell Wales Hodges.
Ms. King is survived by her children Bradley King (Lori), Jennifer Smith (Scott), & Debra Cook (Scott); her grandchildren Averee Martin (Matt), Mary Ellen King, Wesley Smith (Caroline Medlen), Reagan Smith (Bailey Holt), Skyler Cook & Landon Cook; and her brother Marlin Hodges (Daphne).
Janet is preceded in death by her parents A.F. “Son” Hodges & Mary Hodges; her husband Tommy King; and brothers Terry Hodges, Donnie Hodges, & Ricky Hodges.
