Jamison Isaiah Evan Suratt, 15 1/2 month old son of Alana Jacobs and Mark Suratt, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, March 07, 2013 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Saturday, March 09, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 09, 2013, with Niles Worshman officiating. Interment will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
