Jamie Lee Weatherly, beloved sister, aunt and friend, passed away on September 1st at the age of 54. She was preceded in death by her father, James E. Weatherly, Jr.; mother, Gail C. Weatherly; niece, Wendy Bryan, and brother-in-law, Marcel Corlett. She is survived by siblings Penny Erwin (Jim), Suzanne Broadway (Dillard), James “Jimmy” Weatherly III (Anne), Nancy Corlett and Sally Gore (David); her aunt, Betty Sue Towers; many nephews, nieces and cousins and her beloved cat, Ashley.
Jamie graduated Grissom High School in 1983. She founded Nails and Details, a successful nail salon in downtown Huntsville before businesses began relocating downtown. The sparkle in Jamie’s eyes and the smiles she gave would make your day. We will always miss her.
A private graveside service will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery next week.
