James Willie Moser, 86, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016. Visitation will be 5:30-9 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro. The funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Shields Cemetery, Waynesboro. He was the brother of Lorenzo Melson, of Waynesboro.
