James William Howard – Death Notice

James William Howard, 90, of Florence died Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at Cottage of the Shoals.

Visitation will be Friday, October 26, 2018, 11 AM to 1 PM at Elkins East Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM in the chapel with Gary Dan Williams officiating. Burial will be at Bluewater Cemetery.
