James “Tony” Anthony Johnson, 52 of Madison, Alabama, passed away on September 5th, 2024, at his home. Mr. Johnson was born on September 14th, 1971, to Ronnie Johnson and Sue Rose Johnson.
Tony graduated from West Limestone High School class of 1989 where he was voted Mr. West Limestone and Most Likely to Succeed. He received an Electrical Engineering Degree from UAH class of 1994. He worked for over 25 years for Northrop Grumman and was proud to work on such projects as the Apache Helicopter and especially the Hunter Drone Program!
Mr. Johnson is survived by his parents Ronnie & Sue Johnson, brother Eric (Mandy) Johnson, nieces Julia, Hannah and Ansley Johnson, Evie and Virginia Thompson, and his nephew Joseph Thompson.
He is preceded in death by his wife Tabitha Lynn Thompson, his grandparents and his fur baby Maggie.
A visitation will be held on September 21st, 2024, from 12pm to 1:50pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with services following in the Chapel at 2pm with Bobby Vincent officiating. The burial will be at Huntsville Memory Gardens.
