James Stephen Winkle, age 75, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2023 from 12-2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a service to follow in the chapel. Shane Swinney will be officiating. Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens. He was the husband to Nancy Copeland Winkle.
