Mr. Gladney was a native of Lauderdale County, AL, an United States Army Veteran of WWII, retired from Crane Operator for Union Carbide, and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Florence, AL. Survivors include: Wife- Sallie Springer Gladney of Lawrenceburg, TN; 3 Daughters- Joyce Burke & husband Bill of Glasgow, KY; Theresa Dickey & husband Bill of St. Louis, MO; Elizabeth Bryan & husband Larry of Florence, AL; 1 Brother- Paul Gladney of Nobelsville, IN; 1 Sister- Margaret Sullephen of Hamilton, AL; 8 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Gradnson. The Funeral Service will be officiated by Phil Cooper. Burial to follow in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens with Military Honors given at the graveside.
