James Scott Handley, 23, of Cherokee, passed away on Monday, September 30,2013. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-2 p.m. at Mhoontown Methodist Church. His service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Bruce Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
He was a member of Mhoontown Methodist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Kelvin and Suzann Handley; sisters, Renee’ Handley and Tori Smith; and mother, Janice Smith.
Pallbearers will be Johnathan Bratton, Chris VonBoeckman, Allen Handley, Tyler Hallmark, Zac Duncan, Robby Hayes, Jeremiah Bently, and Jeff Vernon.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Bank Independent Scott Handley Fund.
