James “Ronny” Sims, 60, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away April 26, 2015, after a brief illness. Mr. Sims was a Baptist and a Painter/Press Operator at Hughes & Parker. He also worked many years at Murray Ohio Manufacturing.
Mr. Sims is survived by father Russell Sims; sons Cameron Sims (Cynthia), Kevin Sims (Brandy), Timothy Sims (Beth), Dustin Gipson, and Joshua Sims (Brittney); brothers Donny and Bobby Sims; sisters Diane Hollis and Linda Baughn; (7) grandchildren; and (1) great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother Doris Nell Fisher Sims.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Billy Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Colton Sims, Bobby Sims, Donny Sims, Chris Kilburn, Jeff Eledge, and Roger Stepp.
