James Ralph Maze, 85 of Arab died Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center North.
Mr. Maze was born March 16, 1932 in Marshall County to Washington Maze and Mamie Lee Haynes Maze. He was self employed as a farmer until he retired.
Mr. Maze was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his wife Billie Jean Leak Maze; his sons and daughter-in-law: Larry Woodruff, Danny Woodruff and Kay; his daughters and sons-in-law: Atha Johnston and Ed and Nana Morris and Robert; his sister Sarah Jones and a grandson Ryan Johnston. He was preceded in death by his parents: Washington and Mamie Lee Haynes Maze.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 9, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jr. Plunkett, officiating. Burial will be in New Canaan Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Rickey Maze, Trent Revelez, Daniel Maze, Blake Miller, DeWayne Ivey and Junior Maze. Honorary Pallbearer will be Dustin Maze.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel prior to the service.
