James Quinton Haynes, age 76, Haleyville, AL. passed away Saturday March 11, 2023 at his home. He served in the United Sates Army during the Viet Nam War, retired from the Army National Guard, having
served with the Haleyville National Guard Unit during the Gulf War, and attended Bethel Baptist Church in the Dime Community.
His visitation will be Saturday March 18, 2023 from 12:00NOON – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 2:00PM in the chapel. Burial to follow in Rock Creek Cemetery in Double Springs, AL.
He is survived by his children, Patrick Quinton Haynes (Melinda) and Casey I.V. Haynes Purser (Edward);
grandchildren, Jessica Haynes Goodwin (Robert), Corey Tittle and Noah Tittle (Robin); great grandchildren, Aiden Lee Aaron, Adi Goodwin and River Marie on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward Haynes and Ina Martin Haynes; baby brother, Larry Haynes; wife, Mary Francie “Frankie” Haynes.
