James Otis Haley, 57, died Thursday, April 10, 2014. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. Monday at Saints Funeral Home, Florence. Family hour is 5-7 p.m. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Tri-Cities Cemetery, Florence. The body will be placed in the church at noon.
