Funeral service for James Orville Farley, 84, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Cullman City Cemetery with military honors.  Rev. Joe McNulty and Rev. Greg Story will officiate.

Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 12 until 2 p.m.

 

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

 

Mr. Farley passed away December 13, 2020 at Cullman Regional Hospital.  He was born November 26, 1936 to David Almon & Maudelia Ann Key Farley.  He was a devoted member of Cornerstone Nazarene Church.  He served his country in the United States Army.  He loved everyone he met and was loved by all.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-mother, Grace Posey Farley; wife of 60 years, Sarah Catherine Stephenson Farley; brothers, Leldon Farley and Buren Farley; sisters, Dorthy Farley Barnett and Mildred Farley Keen.

 

Survivors include his wife, Jewell Hancock Farley; sister, Lolas Farley Wooten of Arley, AL; brothers-in-law, David (Marie) Stephenson, Bob (Joan) Stephenson; step-daughters, Clarissa White, Marsha Hale, Mary Hale and a host of wonderful nieces and nephews; family and friends.
