James Neal “Tiny” Odom, age 59, Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Huntsville Hospital.

Tiny worked at NTN Bower in Hamilton for over 30 years. He was a Mason and a member of the UAW. Above all, he was a devoted husband and father, dearly loved by all who knew him.

The family would like to invite you to a time of remembrance and celebration of his life from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel.

He leaves, to cherish his memory, his wife of 39 years, Joyce Odom; his daughter, April Dill (husband, Johnny); sisters, Freida McKay (husband, Mark), Mary Jane Wingo, Kathy Hawkins (husband, Joe); nieces & nephews, Denise, Renea, Tiffany, Carla, Amanda, Troy, B.J., Jonathan, Rebecca, Bob, Andrea, Bradley, Stacey, Ty, Corey, Chasity, Joey, Reyna, Andy, Brittany, Kyle, and Ally; many great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L.C. & Lucile Odom; brothers, Leon Odom, Billy Odom, Sammy Odom; sister, Margaret Odom Shook; and brothers-in-law, Joe Wingo and Gary Hallman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that, to honor his memory, just look around you and help a neighbor or friend in need.
