James Monroe Campbell, 74, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Wednesday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens, Florence.
