James Michael Baker, age 68, of Albertville, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018.
His funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Entombment will follow at Memory Hill Mausoleum. Officiating will be Dan Baker, Ken Baker and Ben Paulus. Music will be provided by Nuree Kim and Ann Thorne (pianist). Casket bearers will be Philip Traylor, Jace Wells, Bryan Yancey, Wells Hannah, Walker Hannah and Robert Wells. Honorary casket bearers will be Wilson Hannah, Charles Bearden and Steve Wells
Visitation will be Friday, from 11 until 1 before the service.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Wells Baker, son, James Baker, step-son, Jason Baker, brothers, Daniel Baker (Cindy) and Kenneth Baker (Lois), sisters, Mary Ann DeRemer, Melody Wald and Clara Dunn, many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Hazel Baker.
