James Manuel Scott died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2015. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Home Presbyterian Church. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
