Funeral services for Mr. James Lyndell Bunn, age 96, will be held at 1 PM on Friday, May 17, 2024 in the Church at Sugar Creek in Humboldt. Burial services will be held at 3 PM on Friday, May 17 2024 in Carroll County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 11 AM until service time at the church.
Mr. Bunn, owner of Bunn Chevrolet, member of the Humboldt Masonic Lodge for 70 years, Deacon in the Church at Sugar Creek, served as a volunteer with the International Mission Board and the North American Mission Board, and Past President of the Humboldt Strawberry Festival, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia M. Bunn; parents, James Ira and Edith Louise Bunn; and two sons, James Ronald Bunn and Robert Brent Bunn.
Mr. Bunn is survived by his wife, Faye Campbell Bunn; a son, Barry J. (Sally) Bunn; two step-sons, Marvin (Kelly) Campbell and Carl (Cheryl) Campbell; five grandchildren, Brian (April) Bunn, Brittney (Carington) Keller, Clint Bunn, Jenny (John) Sims and Brent Bunn; and fifteen great grandchildren.
