Mr. James Knox Cooper, age 59 of Goodspring, TN passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 at his home. Mr. Cooper was born on August 3, 1960 in Huntsville, AL to Wallace Gary Cooper and Sue Williams Cooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Stephanie Michelle Cooper.
Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife, Sheila Cooper; son, Bobby Golden (Kesha); daughter, Meagan Hand (James); grandchildren, Jayden, Jordan, Caleb, Rico, Kennedy and Merri Ellis; brothers, Jeff Cooper (Pam) and Steve Cooper (Gwen); sisters, Katherine Cooper and Nanette Boyanton (Russ) and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2020 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00PM in the chapel with Rev. Ken Dunivant and Chris Preston officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Children’s Hospital of AL or Boys and Girls Club of North Alabama.
