James Keith "Kebo" lee James Keith (Kebo) Lee of Gadsden, born January 13, 1965, died on January 14, 2021, at the age of 56.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James ( Betty Kellett) Martin, and Rufas (Getty) Lee; and aunts, Kathy Martin-Spakes and Helen Johnson
Mr. Lee is survived by his mother, Brenda Vaughan-Rogers; father, Kenneth (Pauline) Lee; dad, Rick (Linda) Vaughan; brother, Allen Lee; sisters, Kristina (Tony) Vaughan, Julia Lee, Cami Young and Lori Moss; close nephews and niece, Ian Vaughan, Jon-Lucas Martin and Kyra Vaughan; aunts, Kathy (Bob) Jones, Milan, NM, Misty Martin and Kelli Varnon of Pleasant Grove. Close cousins, Lee Woodall, Richard Jones, Milan NM , Steven Kellett, Johnny( Connie) Kellett, Rodney (Tina) Kellett and Gina (Robert) Moses. Friends, James “Byrd” (Amanda) Maxwell, Michael Gray, Willis Mayben, Salli Mathis, Meashell Clements and Billy Ray Thacker. Best friend with unconditional love, Teresa “T” Garmon He graduated from Gadsden High In 1984 and retired from Anniston Army Depot where he worked as an army tank mecanic.
He was a gunsmith , an avid outdoorsman , hunter, an active member in a caving club and won several fishing tournaments on Weiss Lake. Cooking and grilling and spending time with family and friends were his favorite pastime. He never met a stranger and was a very benevolent and giving person and always had a smile and a wink .Kebo was a proud supporter of Law Enforcement . He loved the U.S.A. and above all, God.
Kebo’s motto for life: The best things in life are not seen or Heard but felt with the heart.
