James K. “Jim Dandy” Frazier, Jr., 81, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2024, at his home in Pontotoc, MS. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church but has attended Palmetto Baptist Church in recent years until his health didn’t permit it. He loved old cars and attending antique car shows. A man of few words, but definitely spoke what he thought. He loved THE LORD, his puppy “Pee Wee”, and his family….in that order. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Inez Keith Frazier; brother, Eddie Frazier (Jeannette); sisters, Kathy Hall (Clyde) and Peggy Garrison; one son, Jim Frazier of New Albany; two daughters, Margaret “Nikki” Frazier-Laher of New Albany and Melissa Goddard of Pontotoc; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James K. Frazier and Mattie Elizabeth Whitlock Frazier; an infant brother; and a brother-in-law, Bill Garrison.
Services will be Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Jimmy Webb officiating. Visitation will begin at 1PM and continue to service time. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Clayton, Farris Keith, Doug Keith, and Tony Keith.
