He always had a love for music. He enjoyed playing his guitar and singing songs to all the little kids he came across. He especially loved joining in on community singings, near and far. Last, but not least, he had a special place in his heart for leading the Liberty Grove congregation in their favorite songs during Sunday worship services.

Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2012 from 10-11AM at Liberty Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Ashridge, where funeral services will be held at 11AM. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Brother Ronnie Marbutt will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, family request you make donations to Liberty Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in memory of James.
