James “Jim” Barton, 74, of Tuscumbia, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022. Jim was an avid bowler and golfer. He loved Alabama football and Atlanta Braves baseball.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 19th from 11-12 at Rogersville Funeral Home.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, James and Margret Hill Barton; brother, Allen “Al” Barton; and sister-in-law, Shirley McLemore Webb. He is survived by his wife, Donna Barton; daughter, Michelle Patrum; son, Derrick (Marcie) Barton; grandchildren, Lindsie Barton (Wesley) Waters, Alex Barton, Joanie Patrum, Ion Patrum; brothers-in-law: Gary McLemore and Glenn McLemore; special nieces and nephew, Andrea Higginbotham, Britney Wilder, Tyler Hunsburger; special life-long friends, Larry Mitchell and Rob Harris; and numerous members of extended family.
