Dr. James Howard Boring passed away on Nov. 1, 2016, at the age of 80.
He lived a life of Christian service as a retiree of the United States Navy, a small-town physician, an elder of his church congregation, and as husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, four children, and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. The funeral and internment will immediately follow.
