Gabe Tipton Profile Photo James Gabriel “Gabe” Tipton, 22, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 in Oktibbeha County.  Gabe was born on December 3, 2001 in Amory to Brandon Tipton and Deeda Edwards.  He was a 2020 graduate of Hamilton High School and currently worked for C-Spire Telecommunications as a line locater.  Gabe loved to play video games and watch football.  His favorite teams were the Kansas City Chiefs and Alabama Crimson Tide.  He had a smile that could light up the room and a sense of humor to go with it.  Gabe was full of life and had a heart to help anyone.  He was a member of Fig Hill Church of God.

 

The date and time of the funeral service will be announced when they become available.  Kenny Ford, Ricky Kendrick, and Bro. Heath Webb will officiate, with remarks by his father, Brandon Tipton.

 

His survived by his father, Brandon Tipton (Stephanie) of  the Sipsey Fork Community; his mother, Deeda Edwards of Aberdeen; his brother and best friend, Nathaniel Tipton of Mantachie; sisters, Lindsey Huckabee (Charles) of Palmetto, GA, Courtney Smith (Aaron) of Smithville, Mary Stafford of Saltillo, and Abigail Young of Aberdeen; his grandparents, Jim Tipton (Sherry) of Hamilton, Kenny Ford (Johnnie) of Sipsey Fork; and great grandparents, Doyle and Margaret West of the Athens Community.

 

Gabe was met in heaven by his grandparents, Terri Jo Ball, Rance and Betty Ball, Addie Mae and

Alvin Allen, James Gabriel Tipton, Virginia Nichols, and Donna Edwards; and by his best friends, Gavin Toler, and Andrew Grimm.

 

Pallbearers will be Brandon Tipton, Nick Harmon, Stone Crawford, Ty Hall, Tylar Toler, and Austin Myers.  His honorary pallbearers, Gavin Toler and Andrew Grimm.
