The funeral for James Frederick Evans, 42 of Millington, Tennessee, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Evans Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Friday at Spry Funeral Home.
Mr. Evans died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2019, at his residence.
He was born July 22, 1977, in Jefferson County. He was an employee of the city of Memphis Lights, Gas and Water Department.
Survivors include his wife, Brandi Evans of Millington, Tennessee; mother, Susan Muirhead of Valhalla, Mississippi, stepfather, Vernon Muirhead of Valhalla, Mississippi; stepmother, Dorothy Evans of Birmingham; son, Hayden Blouin of Millington; brothers, Jeremy Evans of Crossville, Tennessee, and Josh Frank (Mindy) of Nashville; sisters, Jennifer Muirhead of Cordova, Tennessee, and Amber Evans Frye (Curly) of Birmingham; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
