James Edward Flanigan, age 73, Russellville, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at his residence.
The family will have a graveside memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at New Bethel Cemetery.
He is survived by his sisters, Ethellean Flanigan, Nancy Stiles; brother, Jimmy Flanigan; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Harvey Flanigan & Nellie Francis Bailey Flanigan.
