James Edward Birgan, 75, died March 24, 2013. Funeral will be Saturday at noon at St. James C.P.C.A. with Sharpley Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service. He is survived by his wife, Recordia Fletcher Birgan.
