James Earl “Quick Draw” Pugh, 68, died Friday, March 28, 2014. Public viewing will be 1-7 p.m. Thursday at Saints Funeral Home, Sheffield. The funeral will be noon Friday at First Missionary Baptist Church, Sheffield, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services.
